Trump was declared late on election night in 2016. The media sat on it for at least a couple of hours though while their puppet masters tried to figure out what to do with an HRC loss.
Take note of the precincts that are reporting late as the ones with the fuckery. Most precincts get their tallies done pretty quickly.
