Media Deliberately Ignore U.S. Intel To Keep Falsely Labeling Biden Bombshells

‘Russian Misinformation’

By Tristan Justice

OCTOBER 25, 2020

On Saturday, the Washington Post published a “perspective” calling on media to label Joe Biden’s scandals “foreign misinformation” even though top U.S. intelligence officials went on record days before to call that claim utterly false.

“We must treat the Hunter Biden leaks as if they were a foreign intelligence operation – even if they probably aren’t,” wrote Johns Hopkins University Professor Thomas Rid.

In the 12 days since the New York Post dropped its first blockbuster story exposing content from a Delaware computer suspected of belonging to Hunter Biden, that’s exactly what the media has done, with the help of Big Tech.

Immediately after the Post published its first in a series of exposés on the Biden laptop showing that Joe Biden had been lying about never discussing business with his son “or with anyone else,” Twitter and Facebook weaponized their monopoly over the digital public square to suppress the reporting. CNN, the Washington Post, and The New York Times, which would typically deploy their full resources to any minor revelation from the Trump White House without scrutiny, took hours to publish anything related to the Hunter Biden emails.

ABC, CBS, and NBC gave the bombshell stories less than 15 minutes of coverage between the three networks out of 51 hours of news programming in the days after the news broke.

When the nation’s legacy outlets finally did offer the Biden scandals more attention, the coverage characterized the New York Post’s reporting as Russian disinformation.

Rep. Jim Jordan on reviewing and authenticating purported Hunter Biden emails

The emails are 'as real as real can be,' Jordan says

Talia Kaplan | Fox News

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, who said his staff reviewed and independently authenticated the purported emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop, told “Sunday Morning Futures” that “they’re as real as real can be.”

“We have the eyewitness, Mr. [Tony] Bobulinski, who said these are authentic, these are real,” Jordan, the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, said.

Bobulinski, who was listed as the recipient of an email published by the New York Post that appeared to detail a business arrangement involving a Chinese company and members of the Biden family, confirmed last week that the email is "genuine" and provided more information regarding the Bidens' role in the deal.

The email includes a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed equity split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details.

"The reference to 'the Big Guy' in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden," Bobulinski said in a statement to Fox News.

Bobulinski said he is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, which he explained "was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family." He said he was brought on as CEO by Hunter Biden and James Gilliar, who was listed as the sender of the email.

Bobulinski went on to say he does not believe Joe Biden's past claim that he and Hunter did not discuss his son Hunter's business, claiming that Hunter "frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals."

Newly-Released Text Messages Reveal Hunter Biden's Motive for

Creating a Shell Company

Hunter Biden wanted to avoid registering as a foreign agent, as required by the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), text messages obtained by the Daily Caller reveal. Biden made it clear to his business partner, Tony Bobulinski, that a shell company was needed to protect them.

“No matter what it will need to be a US company at some level in order for us to make bids on federal and state funded projects," Hunter told Bobulinski in text messages dated May 1, 2017. "Also We don’t want to have to register as foreign agents under the FCPA which is much more expansive than people who should know choose not to know."

The next day, Bobulinski had an hour-long meeting with Hunter and his uncle, James Biden, in Los Angeles, California. According to Bobulinski, Joe Biden knew about the business dealings and frequently discussed them with Hunter. Bobulinski said he knows that because he personally met with Joe Biden.

“I have firsthand knowledge about this because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden," Bobulinski said during his press conference last week.

Fast forward three weeks later and Oneida Holdings was formed on May 22, 2017, three weeks after Hunter suggested creating a shell company.

Fact Check: Hillary Clinton, JFK Jr. and the 2000 New York Senate race

John C Moritz Austin Bureau

USA TODAY NETWORK

OCT 01 2020

The claim: Daniel Moynihan decided to retire and JFK Jr. looked to run for his seat. Hillary Clinton decided to run and days later, JFK Jr.'s plane went missing.

John F. Kennedy Jr., the son and namesake of the nation’s 35th president, died 10 days after then-first lady Hillary Clinton made her first public moves to run for a soon-to-open U.S. Senate seat in New York. A meme circulating on social media suggests the two events are related.

“When Daniel Moynihan decided to retire his Senate seat, JKF Jr. claimed he was interested in running for that seat,” says the meme posted by an Instagram user who goes by Conspiraceye. “Days later, Hillary Clinton also decided to run for the open seat. Within months of Clintons (sic) announcement, JFK Jr.’s private plane went missing.”

The meme makes no direct accusation, but some of the commenters made the implicit connection.

“Who are these people who go around murdering people when they feel threatened?” asked one.

Conspiraceye did not respond to a request for comment sent by the Instagram message app.

Setting the stage for the Senate race

Conspiraceye’s innuendo is not original, and fact-checkers such as Snopes and PolitiFact have shot others like it down. But let’s take a deeper dive into the origins of the claim and some of the machinations — public and behind the scenes — that led Clinton to being elected to the Senate from New York 20 years ago and the young Kennedy to stay out of the race.

In November 1998, veteran Democratic Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan announced he would not seek a fifth term two years later.

With the presidency of Bill Clinton also coming to an end in 2000, and the Clintons’ marriage reeling from the Monica Lewinsky scandal, Hillary Clinton began make plans for a political career of her own. In fact, she held a White House meeting with advisers in February 1999, specifically looking at the Moynihan seat, according to a 2016 profile in the Washington Post.

Why did conspiracy theorists believe that JFK Jr was going to become Trump's

new running mate?

Posted 5 days ago by Greg Evans in news

Over the weekend, followers of the baseless pro-Trump QAnon conspiracy theory were bracing themselves for a major announcement from the president that could have changed the trajectory of the US election.

Images began circulating on Twitter from QAnon accounts that the president was going to sensationally announce at a rally in Dallas, Texas on Saturday that he was replacing Mike Pence as his running mate with John F. Kennedy Jr.

There are several problems here.

Firstly, Trump didn't hold a rally in Dallas on Saturday. He was actually at a rally in Janesville, Wisconsin instead.

Secondly, it would be against the law to announce a new running mate in the election as millions have already cast their votes.

Finally – and this is the biggest problem of them all – JFK Jr has been dead since 1999. The son of the former president died in a tragic plane crash on 16 July.

Kennedy was flying the light aircraft which crashed into the Atlantic ocean, a tragic accident which also claimed the lives of his wife Carolyn Bessette, and sister-in-law, Lauren Bessette.

Obviously, JFK Jr wasn't announced as Trump's new choice for vice president because that would have been impossible but QAnon followers seem determined to believe this otherwise ludicrous theory. There are even pieces of merchandise that have been created for the very unlikely Trump Kennedy partnership.

So where does this bizarre theory come from?

Well, according to Rolling Stone this conspiracy first started to do the rounds in June 2018.

Apparently, posts began appearing on the notorious 8Chan messageboard suggesting that JFK Jr had faked his death and had gone into hiding over fears that he was going to be targetted by the same deep-state conspiracy that QAnon believes has also been targetting Trump since he moved into politics.

The theory reportedly picked up momentum when the right-wing commentator and conspiracy theorist Liz Crokin told YouTuber Jenny Moonstone that she believed that the person behind Q was actually JFK Jr because of how lovingly they spoke of the former president. Rolling Stone quotes her as saying:

The way that Q talks about JFK Sr. in the posts, it is with such love and passion, it makes me think that it is someone that is close to him. If JFK Jr. faked his death and was alive, it would make sense that he was Q.

GOPer threatens to quit party on live TV over QAnon Republicans

‘who think Lord of the Rings is a documentary’

Published 4 hours ago on October 25, 2020

Rep. Denver Riggleman (R-VA) on Sunday slammed members of his own party who believe in conspiracy theories pushed by QAnon.

During an interview on Meet the Press, host Chuck Todd asked Riggleman about “this wacky QAnon conspiracy that has led to some violent actions.”

Todd noted that Republican Party had officially endorsed and funded QAnon follower Marjorie Taylor Greene for Congress.

“I might as well just piss everybody off,” Riggleman replied. “I think if we’re doing this, if we’re looking at misinformation to pander to a subset of voters, I think we’ve lost our way.”

“Yes, I agree with most of the policies for limited government and growth,” he continued. “But when we start to represent as a party that’s part of this antisemitic conspiracy theory that believes there’s some kind of pedophilia cabal on the Democratic side of the House, I think we’re in for a rough ride.”

Riggleman argued that Republicans were boosting Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s election chances by floating baseless conspiracy theories.

“I scratch my head as a former intelligence officer,” he said. “What are we doing here? Like I said before, these are people that believe ‘Lord of the Rings’ is a documentary. And the fact that we’re trying to appeal to them is just ridiculous.”

“You still a Republican?” Todd wondered.

“I tell you what, I’m a Republican, what I thought a constitutional Republican was, but way the GOP is going in Virginia, it’s difficult for me to stay with any party,” Riggleman admitted. “I believe the duopoly is really — the two party system is really failing the American people right now.”
