Imo, the military can only be activated once all the info is out to the general public and there is no enforcement by the FBI. I don't think our military will just follow orders on US soil against US citizens. They have to first believe they are doing the right thing.

That's why I added on US soil. Also, even if the war might be illegal by international standards, it was legal by US standards, authorization passed by Congress and all.
Yea, a lot of domestic rebellions and such were put down by the military in the past, but times are different, especially after WW2 and the nuremburg trials and new war laws enacted since then.
The original point I was trying to make was regardless of whether orders to round up traitors are lawful or not, I don't see the military united in just following orders on US soil against US citizens unless they believe in the mission.
We have to consider that the media will tell a different story and on the surface, it will look like their actions are against a rival political party.
