Obviously, don't know whether to believe this, but it does make one think that if Joe Biden (if that is what this comment meant by "Biden") turns, it gives DS one last thrust to attempt.
What if they assassinate Biden, pinning it on POTUS? Yeah, crazy, but jeesh, they're desperate enough to try it.
