Earlier in the year, border counties were importing cases from Mexico as US Citizens and others resident in MX (but with lawful right to enter the US) crossed the border to access US healthcare. Is this what we’re seeing again? This is just too convenient.
Off with his head
I’ll tolerate a redundancy - it’s a style issue. But malapropisms are semantic - and they get my goat!
Gambit/Gamut is unusual, as neither word is particularly common.
Conscious/Conscience is bloody everywhere these days.
Do you already live there?
And you contemplate returning?
I see no urgency to buy if this is not a “need a home” situation. Interest rates can be expected to remain low for some time. I also expect an uptick in foreclosures because of the last 9 months, which will lead to increased inventory (in due course) and hold down prices in affected areas. Hard to tell whether there will be any significant price reversals - so much depends on this election and on what develops in CA.
It’s not an investment market I’d be looking at today, as there are too many significant unknowns. I don’t believe anyone would be doing much beyond guessing to tell you otherwise.
