I think they're affecting the server somehow to disrupt the signals. And to cover their tracks (or ease of use, not sure) they freeze/hide everything
But we can see sometimes, so keep watching, anons! We're fighting the good fight here!
Seen this pattern past couple of days with low activity in US. This is lower than that. About regular concentration in EU. I'm a newfag so can't confirm long-term, only a couple of days.
