Well, at the same time, it could be their way of giving a hint without it being a real hint. IE - never let facts get in the way of the truth.

Information warfare. It doesn't matter what is used to guide a dig - just so long as the dig hits a mark.

However, it could also be that if you look up any random business, you'll find bullshit DC politics involved and so the proverbial "if only you knew how bad things really were" applies - as you can't sling a dead cat without hitting DC corruption.

Out of curiosity, does anyone else have their phone 'randomly' reset its connection and possibly portions of the underlying OS kernel while on the board?

It happens regularly enough to me that it makes me a tad suspicious. It could also be "normal" but this is one of the few activities which keep me engaged with my phone long enough to notice it.

But it does have the effect of resetting my IP even though something on the board's code doesn't require a new captcha.

In an ideal world, I would investigate and break out the o-scopes and dataloggers…

But realistically, I'll just nod to the owls in the trees in my head and ask them when they plan on eating the mice and moles destroying the garden.

Something like that, although it lags out a number of functions and seems to reboot some applications. Push notifications will clear and then cycle back through. The keyboard does all kinds of fun shit.

It could just be some application bug triggering - or some malware attempting and failing to execute (or succeeding).

There's plenty of interesting things to greet my agents and shape their perceptions and analysis of me.

I just assume I am on camera at all times and keep the show interesting.

Maybe someone will see it. Maybe not.

I have fun, either way, and never feel alone.

He could mean DNS routing. Which would be a bit of a challenge to sort out for any kind of high volume or distributed site. Even ZeroNet, which is about the most functional distributed network I've seen yet, requires DNS routing for the torrent queries/broadcasts.
