If you read carefully you'll see that the text messages are between third parties - Jim and Hunter, which describe the thoughts and statements of Joe and Jill. Easily denied by them and covered for by the press.
If there were direct messages from or to Jill or Joe that would be one thing. As is stands, they will deny (though we all know they won't even be questioned about it).
Trump is going to win, regardless. But this won't move the needle with Biden supporters.
