No. Paul was a former Jew saying in Judaism Jews killed Christians. Ishmaels descendants are traced to Abraham but Jews are not. All the Jews can be traced to Khazars which are not descendants of Abraham. Christians are all condidered children of Abraham adopted or not.

Ishmael's children weren't blessed but God hears them. Hopefully they accept the true Word of God, Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
