Kushners timing is shit. Ben Crump is one of the apologists that holds blacks back (that tyranny of low expectations) with his talk of "centuries" of crap. In the 1860s roughly 650,000 Americans, most of them white, died. When the dust settled, slavery was ended and blacks given the right to vote as full citizens. So, that shit ended over 150 years ago and Crump never experienced it. You can't plow a straight line looking over your shoulder.

Sticking with the fish analogy … Trump is neither fishing for them nor teaching them to fish. He's giving them access to the fucking lake … they can figure out what to do about that on their own. If they've got a boat (education + capital), they can launch it and go after the big fish. If they don't (but have basic skills / education), they can stand on the shore and catch enough for supper. If they have to, they can stand in the shallows and try to flip one onto the shore. All Trump is doing is taking the fence down from around the lake. Decent blacks can figure things out from there.

That should have been the course of action back when schools got integrated … NOT "affirmative action" (a code word for anti-white racism).

The wish of the American people was to elect a Republican-led Senate, Chuck. Remember when Obama said "elections have consequences"? Well, he at least got THAT part right.
