POTUS is on offense. This is called "maintaining a high operational tempo". We know he's an animal for work and my guess is this is the first time he's been able to work at his own pace like he did in the private sector.
Normal humans can't work at this pace for long so he's into political shock and awe that they can't handle. The reporters traveling with him must be exhausted by now not only from the pace, but from the disdain of such massive crowds in their faces. It's got to be demoralizing as hell.
Bonus round. I think Biden pulled the plug on appearances because his travel routes had more Trump supporters jeering and taunting him than he was getting at his rallies. That's a great optic for Trump and they can't stand it.
