Vid DATED April 18th showing the 3 signs on the hand rails and also small yellow sign on the post next to the bin at the entrance to Hisp that looks like the one from the ROT pics.
Poster of vid doesn't include or mention date taken but if anything would be pre 18th. Also shows the shroud is below the level we see in the Q pics. Not entirely sure this is useful as we have previous pics with shroud at a similar level on April the 5th.
