>And did the week of St Pat's harken the 6 targets to the scene?

>Of the suspects, we have considered those of Iranian heritage. But there are at least a few of IRISH heritage, yes?

You may have read my mind. I was going to mention that Corney, and maybe Brennan(tho a professed muslim) might have standing invites to be at one of the American St. Patty's Day parades which are a big deal in the US. I would guess Corney to want to puff out his chest at the one in New York as it's probly the biggest (more chance of being seen. He's a political animal. Could check to see if they have any record of attending, especially in 2014 to eliminate them being in the UK. I was gonna say in the last bread that Corney gets more status at (or actually participating in) a US city St. Pat's parade so my guess is he would wait til after St. Pat's, then go abroad.

So far on the CH island pic, looks like a parent with child, imho.

Very coincidental you posted that vid of police using Passats. The post above had me revisiting the EU 72ht/UK24hr warning that had mentioned a B7 "strike package".

Volkswagen produces the B7 (PASSAT) or B7V(van?) package? We had previously considered the BMW B7 Alpina with X-drive(X ray?). There does appear to be a BMW car in the center lane in the traffic cam pics. Any look like B7 Vans or Passats? see post >>11312145

>The intact bollard looks a bit padded in CH1,

I believe the mourning family were careful to only attach(tape?) the memorial on the side facing Victoria Emb.Rd, and not to obscure the "keep left" arrow as that would be a sure way to get it removed as a safety hazard, and no doubt grounds for citation as well. I think it therefore would be facing us in the Q pic.

>family and friends would have acted more quickly than the City at that traffic island after the fatal accident. The City had replaced bollards in this location more than once, and took weeks or more to even remove damaged hooped bollards.

Was thinking that when the responsible agency conducted its accident investigation and started to ask, "where are the signs my city plan says are supposed to be present but aren't?", they were told to put those temp signs up.

>Sorry my text was not clear. And maybe I misread yours. Did you intend to say that avoiding the blue side meant the other side and the edges could not appear bulkier than in 2-MAR?

I am saying that CH1 shows 1) the BACK side of the keep left sign, and 2) the memorials seen in evidence are attached/taped to the BACK side of those signs, 3) imho, the Q pics do not convince me, if I was a juror, that they depict evidence that a memorial was attached to the bollard. It may have been so. I just don't see evidence of that yet.
