the constitutution is the entire foundation of our govt and all our civil and criminal law
how and wny the founders crafted it is clearly written in meticulous detail in the records and arguments back and forht for every provision (federalist papers)
YET all law schools teach are DECISIONS made by judges and STATUTES passed by congress - really that is 99% they barely mention the constitution
they completely and KNOWINGLY ignore the foundation as it does not suit their social agenda
