When I first saw the picture the image was fairly obvious and I thought, “Why would anyone get that as a tattoo?!”

Still don’t know, but here’s a few digz with thoughts:

Seneca Falls is a city near Cayuga Lake.

-Rosemont Seneca?

Waterloo is a City near Seneca Falls

-Main office for Safe Harbor of the Finger Lakes

-Napoleon’s defeat

National Women’s Hall of Fame in Seneca Falls.

-It’s a Wonderful Life Bridge down the street

Waterloo

Seneca

Falls

Safe Harbor

Women’s Hall of Fame

>Regardless…it’s Weird for a Tattoo no matter what.

Just more random Midnight Riding thoughts:

Seneca: Old, place of stones

From a Roman cognomen derived from Latin senectus meaning "old". This was the name of both a Roman orator (born in Spain) and also of his son, a philosopher and statesman. This name also coincides with that of the Seneca, a Native American tribe that lived near the Great Lakes, whose name meant "place of stones".

>Why Rosemont Seneca?

My gut feel is that someone knew of Hunter’s shenanigans and “provided” him this tattoo as a reminder. The “hollow” portion was not a part of the process. It appears to be done quickly with not much accuracy intended.

Just a “six o’clock” reminder of who he was working for.

Hunter is too deep into all of it for the Blackmail or Brownstone aspects to be relevant and effective.
