in the instance of a subset of breads that are already at #751 posts
and then an IP gets banned/ posts deleted
if, for instance, that IP had 200 posts in a given bread
that #751 post bread is going to fall down to #551 posts
and hence, be unfilled, and open for posting, or bumping, even though they are old breads, and likely way out of sequential order?
-hence confustion
-hence good intentioned anons are going to those breads and filling them back up again to #751 posts
and further
if one types "sage" in the email field
one can fill these breads without bumping them up to the top of the catalog?
