Having him push through ACB's confirmation vote was likely the last heavy lift they needed out of comp'd Mitch. Likely he was owned by the DS/CCP but flipped and made a deal just as 'light in the loafers' LG did. Once she was safely confirmed and sworn in, disdain for him became open. And this "Democratic Republic" pissing POTUS off is just a whole lot of hoohey. Likely pissed off shills still on their division quest and concern fagging.
