What is coming after justice (what do we make after victory. Its our choice and we have to do it. It's not something that can be given to us). After justice is served the obvious necessity is making the necessary changes to our systems to prevent recurrence. We lost our vigilance and almost lost everything. At some point the discussion needs to be what changes need to be made to prevent recurrence. What were the root causes? What changes do we propose? How do we implement those changes and how do we monitor and verify those changes effectiveness. I view we need 8D problem solving on a shit load of unique items.

ETERNAL VIGILANCE IS THE PRICE OF LIBERTY.

Issue number one for me is how to get the death penalty for pedophiles. We can't have peolle getting a higher sentence for having a pound of weed than raping a child.

That's a small example, but changing sentencing (which has obviously been written by The Enemy) overall would be a top priority for justice, and the preservation of justice, in my book.

I dont have it all figured out, I have thought a lot about it and how careful you have to be with it before you sentence yourself to death, but improvements can obviously be made.

I'm with ya in that. Chiming into the conversation rather than saying it should be.

(If I was running this operation the number one worry I would have is that I gave the win for free and the populace didn't give a fuck and let it come back. We have to win and make sure we preserve the win.)

For example, would I hand the win over easily and quickly? Probably not. Would I wait to hand over the win until the people receiving it had a plan to preserve it that I accepted? Maybe.

Its complicated shit, but we have to do it. Otherwise this whole effort doesn't protect our kids and their kids. If we do it right, they can just manage the new system instead of being fucked by it and almost destroyed by it.

An example of the change would be - instead of using the resource to dig and spread truth about some corruption, we'd have to focus on a change we want made, dig into who has the authority to make that change and lobby them from all angles and pressure the change, possibly.

An example. Pedophiles should get the death penalty. A lot of people agree with that, but you have the evil fuckers saying they can be reformed. Dig recidivism. Show they can't be reformed. Break that thought that it can be fixed.

Then break the Administrative Segregation for pedophiles in prison. They prey on children, then get protected from day one in prison? Nah, you're going to the yard.

Etc. Etc.

And if I'm being completely honest, if someone "corrects" a pedophile in prison, they should have their sentence reduced. They show promise to being a functioning member of society. I'd even vie for starting a non-profit where their commissary got filled and they get a bunch of Honey Buns, if we can't reduce their sentence it rhe non-profit was legal. I bet almost everybody I know would toss a $20 in that.

Exactly. And those who "corrected" them have shown promise. Sentence reduced or commissary filled weekly, of legal. At a miminum, no Admistrative Segregation for pedophiles. They shouldn't feel safe. Their victims didn't get the benefit of being segregated from them.
