No one knows what happened and everyone has their own particular record or account they trust - and how relevant is it all, really, to the present?

The types who have not already heard of Q are not the types who are going to decide to get up and get engaged on here. That is not how it works.
If anythjng, the number of active anons here is smaller than what it was in 2017 and early 2018. Night shift has gotten slower - not faster. So has every other shift for the most part. By around 15% if I had to throw a number out from my ass. But the proportion of posts per ID has also gone up. Breads where an individual had 30 posts or more were rather rare or limited to when ebot went on overdrive. They are normal, now. It's rare to see a bread where it isn't the same ten people chewing up 40% of the bread.
The movement is largely external to here and honestly autonomous - much of what is being done on half that gets aggregated here would have occurred with or without knowledge of Q.
While this place is a convenient aggregator of recent events to surpass most news aggregator sites - that is mostly what it is. People pop in, grab some recent events, and engage on twitter, facebook, etc. The only people who care too much about what other stuff gets posted here are people who are bored and/or have an axe to grind.

We constrain ourselves within the laws of society. We do not steal even when it is in reach. We do not kill when we could strike. We aspire to more by somewhat ironically holding ourselves back and respecting the existence of others.
