I would get seasonal depression every November. It was rather hard but I would always try to just carry on.
then I heard that D3 might help to alliviate it.
so I started with a really high dose that I would take every day.
and I did that for years.
maybe it was too high, but I concur that D3 is very useful. It does seem to help to take away my depression.
the strange thing is that I have an acquantence who goes in and out of the hospitals. I tried to tell him about D3 and he flipped out on me.
Ya, if you have depression, I think it's worth a shot to use the D3. Added bonus that it helps with Covid.
mouth wash, sunlight, a shower, a nice walk, a good meal . . . all of that also keeps you clean and healthy.

with D3 if you need it you can take a lot of it.
with B vitamins one needs to not over do it.
