Case in point for your consideration, and mind you this is all postulated based on long-term observation. Neon Revolt latched on to the Q movement at the start. His early behavior was very indicative of an OG half-chan anime fag. /a/ would be my guess. He clearly also lurked /b/ and /pol/. Sometime around Nov 2017 he started his blog and posting Q "decodes" on twatter. His decodes were always ripped from the board, and they tended be the more batshit crazy theories rejected through board consensus. By Mid 2018 he had migrated to Gab and began building a base of normies and boomers. He spun off a couple of other Gab groups due to his atrocious moderation and bullying of anyone with a different interpretation of anything.

Then he dropped his book (on Amazon). When he was called out by many for being a paytriot he lost his shit and started mass banning again. When his book failed to sell he began making demands of POTUS and Q. When his support dwindled further, he started to really lose his shit.

I can almost guarantee you he has his fingers in the recent baker wars, either directly or from the shadows.
