I just thought of something. What if Bannon & Rudy are NOT releasing everything publicly, not even wikileak style, is because they know Twitter will Block/Censor all of it.
But they know something that we don't know that is for sure going to happen right after the election that will stop the blocking/censoring of this kind of info.
Then, once that's fixed, they will do it like Wikileaks.
