The meme garage hasn't ever requested to be in the dough. The bakers added the link and the listed threads over time.
We don't mind if it's in or out, makes no difference as mentioned last thread. It's up to anons if they want a link.

If there's going to be issues about it, it would be better if you move your meme thread to your own board. Then link to it in your ops rather than QRMemes.
