Q has many drops of original photos around POTUS and from AF1.
Bobulinski HAD Q clearance, but is in the private sector now.
May be part of the team, but that is all.
IMHO, could not happen unless the strings of power and control have been cut.
This is what Q would have to do in order for the truth to come out publicly
