We noticed. But that's about it. It's EASY to claim Q clearance but tough to prove it and only someone higher on the ladder could refute the assertion. I mostly believe Q because I see evidence of a very intelligent team backing him. The actual clearance level is unimportant.
If anything, announcing it makes me doubt it … like guys who come in here and announce their IQ is a towering 115.
