Q, I have a question:
Why in all this mess of giving up freedom of speech and freedom of religion and right to privacy etc does no one use the legal argument for life, liberty and
THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS???
I’m happy going to church, out to eat, movies, gym, travel, etc. They’ve taken away my right to pursue happiness. Just wondering why no legal cases built on that yet since it’s more basic than the amendments.
