OK, so I felt like doing a little dig on this EPA looking into foreign influence. They are so blatant. Looked up Sea Change Foundation on Charity Navigator. When you get down to the money they reported "investing" their private family fund in during 2016, you see a shit ton of entries, beginning on pg 29 of the PDF, for cash spent on "The Energy Foundation." Well of course, they are environmentalists, and billionaires. When you do a search on "The Energy Foundation" at their San Fran address it comes up "Energy Foundation China with a web address at etchina.com". Their 2016 filing shows they gave them (if I'm reading it right) nearly $20M that year. I should just spend a few nights digging Charity Navigator. No telling what you'll find there. The name of the Foundation jumped out to me because I thought of the tagline of Ghislane's old Terra Mar Foundation that had the phrase "Sea Change" in it.
