I told my friend this morning: at 11 am, watch Wray give an emergency China nat sec announcement that is totally unrelated and insignificant to create confusion and dampen the outrage…like nothing happened. FBI said they'll act on intelligence if it's actionable. Meanwhile all the lawyers are astonished because this more than meets the probable cause requirement.
