I have found out myself now.
But instead of just saying "fake Q", why not add that Q posts only the Q is green and not the whole code? I knew it in the past, but forgot it apparently.
But, for the once that didn't know/understood why fake Q, that's how you recognize it.
They are not connected (while some connect very nice), just single quotes from Q before 10-2018 (when i made them)
Then you should print all Q postings. Only one who benefits from that is the cartridge refill station…..
But i did had and have the feeling that these singled out quotes can have a effect, like printing on stickers and spreading in town is my next goal, already bought the stickers.
I googled it after your posting and understood what you ment. Didn't know the frase prior. And for sure Q drops are similar. Can you imagine if you now only would start investigating this all? Where to start, how to catch up, etc. Glad was here from the start and saw all/lots the Q proofs in real life and helping active decoding and spreading them.

Now you say it, my first thinking of those tattoo photo's where, "temporary tattoo's"
But this one is from june 2018 and tattoo from September 2018, and some "layer" on it, so or fake tattoo or fresh made that day i think.
I have non either, so don't know. I did had brother in law with tattoo's and he had to place salve on it for day's or weeks to "protect" it or something like that.
