PHILADELPHIA: "Several ATMs were targeted by thieves late Tuesday and early Wednesday as looters took advantage of civil unrest in Philadelphia on the heels of Walter Wallace Jr.'s death. Explosions were reported at ATMs on the 3100 block and the 4100 block of Ridge Avenue; the 2900 block of Robbins Street; the 4500 block of Castor Avenue; the 900 block of North 29th Street; the 2800 block of North Broad Street; and the 3500 block of Germantown Avenue. Some ATMs targeted were inside businesses such as delis and gas stations, according to the outlets, while others were located outside businesses."
