In Ohio, it's 10 days as long as postmarked by the day before election day. Why hssn't this been challenged? Because it's always been that way.

In these other states, they've been changing the rules because of muh-pandemic, despite having no legal authority to do so.

If you look at Robert's sidings in these cases, he's pretty much predictable in how he'll vote.

And, the Consitution states that the manner of the elections is set by the legislatures of the States.. which is why challenges to legislature decisions tend to fail, whereas challenges to governor edicts or 'muh brown people more affected by covid*' tend to succeed.
