Code Monkey needs to build functionality that allows Baker to be forcibly ejected from duties. All that’s needed is a “Kill the Baker” button, which if invoked by a threshold percentage of anons within a fixed time period (and subject to a quorum) would trigger a takeover of baking duties. Everything else could be worked out in the usual anarcho-syndicalist manner.
