In the emails/texts that have been released from Hunter's laptop, there are 2 references to "Chairman".

refers to Yi, the CEO of CFC.
refers to Hunter's dad, Joe Biden.

Tony was hired to run the company, Sinohawk Holdings. Tony seemed to have a lot of business experience. He contacted the Bidens regarding setting up proper corporate governance for Sinohawk, and got back a firm "No" from Joe.

Tony has personal knowledge that Joe Biden lied when he publicly denied having any knowledge of Hunter's business deals. Tony had two in-person meetings with Joe Biden about the company/deals.

The sum of $10 million was to be transferred from Director Zhang, who is a very senior CCP member, to the Sinohawk Holdings startup.

It was to be sent to JP Morgan Chase.

$5M was a non-recourse loan (i.e. money not secured by a note, money that did not have to be paid back by a certain date)

The other $5M was capitalization, i.e. purchase of a share of Sinohawk by CFC.

Recall I said the CFC is the capitalist arm of the Chinese Communist Party.

In the CCP dealings to set up SinoHawk, to the CCP folk (Chairman Yi, Director Zhang), it was always they were dealing with the BIDEN FAMILY rather than the company Sinohawk.

My comment:

But that's how graft is done in China isn't it. You don't bribe the principal directly, instead you give "gifts" to his family, who serve as conduits for the bribes.

Next post I will write what Tony said happened to that $10M that was supposed to arrive.

So Tony Bobulnski is a former US Navy officer who had a Q clearance. That means he got briefed regularly, on what kinds of foreign contacts to avoid or be suspicious of.

TB starts to get suspicious.

Because it looks like because of these financial dealings he has become aware of, Joe Biden - if elected president - is constrained in his ability to deal with China.

The BIDEN FAMILY is compromised.

TB guessed that he has personal knowledge of only maybe 10% of the info & dealings.

TB says this NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. He doesn't know if it should be investigated by DoJ, FBI, Congress, Senate. But it NEEDS INVESTIGATED.

TB said get the Sen. Johnson report, and read pp. 65-87.

He says the $10M that Sinohawk was expecting to receive from the Chinese, did not go where it was supposed to.

He's waiting for the $10M to arrive.

Time passes. People keep saying, It's on the way. But it does not arrive.

By July 2017, Xi and Putin are meeting in Russia.

News is leaked that the Russian gas major, Rosneft, plans to offer 14% of the company to CFC the CCP's capitalist arm.

TB starts asking himself, "Do I even want to be associated with this?" He starts having serious doubts.

Then, Director Zhang gets denied a visa to return to the USA re: NYC apartment, kids in school, etc.

The money still did not arrive.

Then it's publcly announced in Sept 2017 that CFC is buying a 14% share of Rosneft for $9 billion.

The $10M funding for Sinohawk Holdings never arrives.

Meanwhile Patrick Ho (is this the man Hunter called one of the spy chiefs of China?) is detained in NY. Supposedly for leaving bags of cash for various African presidents.

Tony contacts Hunter Biden to try and find out what is going on. About the money etc.

Hunter says he is acting as the "personal attorney" for Chairman Yi.

TB says Hunter in $50M penthouse in NY and Hunter only meets Yi in person.

Tucker asks TB if he is concerned for his safety.

TB says he then hired former seal team members to protect his home and his family.

End
