#USArmyCorpOfEngineers still can't get the New Orleans Levees right after 15 damn years. FYI: They blew up the 9th Ward Levees during Hurricane Katrina to protect the Rich Assholes in the Upper Wards of NOLA. That's a FACT JACK. President Donald J. Trump do something about this US ARMY CORP OF ENGINEERS. Obama & George Bush Jr refused to do anything.
