You have the right to think what you want.

 

I had my real wake up earlier this year when I realized what if….everything we were taught to learn in life was made up. Meaning all culture, movies, etc.

 

If you have a yoga mat or a comfortable mat on the floor, lie down on the floor with your feet close to your buttocks (but not that close kek). Your feet, body, and buttocks should feel comfortable on the floor.

 

Have your knees touch each other, with feet spread apart. Put your right hand on your belly; your left arm goes along the side of your body.

 

Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose, allow your abdomen to expand. Breathe out through your nose, allow your abdomen to deflate. This is called abdominal breathing. Concentrate on your abdomen, you should not try to breathe in your lungs (you will naturally do however), but try to get your abdomen to breathe for you.

 

This exercise may make you feel sleepy and eventually fall to sleep.

 

Trauma is stored in the body. It needs to be let go. As you know, everything in this universe is energy and vibrations.

Oh I hear you about the trauma. A lot of our trauma is stored in our psoas muscles.

 

Kek by belly I meant abdomen! No worries if you have a belly or not.

 

Check out Trauma Release Exercises. They helped me last year when I was having issues and bullying at work.

 

Navy SEALs have also used this program and got great results (see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wr2XFrinOlo) . The best part is that you can do this in your own house. Just put some soft instrumental music in the background and go at it!

We are "taught" to go to school, then go to work, but never do self-care. You'll be an expert at this in no time. ;)
