If you go to the archive of that thread, you'll see that all of these were in it. I have never seen Q change ID's in the middle of a thread.
More likely he was correcting someone that had heard a rumor. Importantly, note that Q specifically mentions 10/30…not 10/30/17. He almost never uses a full date when referencing a future event.
I believe he meant 10/30/18, but at the start of the operation he only put 10/30 because it would draw attention buzz. "Future proves past."
Also, consider how well it lines up with the upcoming trial, the 11-11-18 victory parade, and the midterm elections. We are heading toward sunny days, anon.
