It's not just blacks. They think they are better than majority of all humans. Not in a 'master race' sense. More superior.
I think most will actually be happy for the opportunity to escape poverty. True, some will always want a free handout, but whites are the same way. Potus is pushing for trade schools to help communities learn a trade. He is also reforming the welfare system. It will be a hand up not a hand out. I'm sure the guns and drugs will also be addressed. Won't be easy, but can be done.
