Don't understand how the person flying the plane "didn't have a pilots license" according to a news report I read yesterday here… did ANYONE on that plane have a pilots license - or piloting training? Did they ID the wrong person? Who checked out the plane, filed flight plan, etc???
Also, is it fairly easy for someone who "doesn't have a pilots license" to have access to a fueled up and ready to go airplane, ability to load it with people, and take off from an airport?
