Farming with horses? I am sure that doesn't make sense any more. A nice idea, and I like horses and all, but still … if we can't use gasoline powered equipment, it will be electric now.
We already buy up a lot of food for food stamps. That provides a reliable market. I guess your problem is mainly that huge "factory farms" are more efficient than smaller family farms. I am willing to and do pay extra for organic produce and especially organic meat, if that is helpful.
