The drip, drip, drip is necessary to chip away at the MSM blocking the story. If it's all released at once, it's easily covered up. But for every little drop, more and more of the sheeple can see through their tactics to hide it.
Yes, they're covering it up - or attempting to, anyway. The point is that the slow release is chipping away at their blockade.
