The gore pics are real. They are crime scene photos and hospital pics. I saw this horrific stuff when I worked at the hospital. it's real and it's really peoples job to deal with it. EMTs are the first to roll up on this and they get paid about $9 an hour where I live. It's bullshit.
They found a storage room full of body parts in Phoenix. They were doing some straight up Frankenstein bullshit in there too.
