Questions about Hunter’s business dealings, and his father’s alleged role in them, have been growing since the discovery of emails on a laptop purportedly belonging to Hunter, and claims by Hunter's former business associate that he met with the elder Biden in 2017.

That associate, Tony Bobulinski, gave an interview on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Tuesday and detailed his alleged meetings with the former vice president – one he says took place on May 2, 2017, according to text messages first reported by Fox News last week.

Those messages indicated that the meeting did, in fact, take place. Bobulinski claimed Tuesday that it was Hunter Biden and Jim Biden, the brother of the former vice president, who had pushed for the meeting.

“They were sort of wining and dining me and presenting the strength of the Biden family to get me engaged,” he said.

The Biden campaign declined to comment on the meeting Joe Biden allegedly had with Bobulinski. Biden himself has not yet directly addressed Bobulinski's claims on "Tucker Carlson Tonight."

In 2019, Biden told reporters: "I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses. Period."

New Jared Kushner Audio Tape Shows President Trump At Odds With Doctors In April

Newly released audio from Jared Kushner finds the president was at odds with top healthcare officials as early as April, near the start of a pandemic that is still growing in severity.

"Trump's now back in charge,” Kushner, the president’s son-in-law and adviser, is heard saying during an interview with Washington Post columnist Bob Woodward. “It’s not the doctors.”

The new audio recordings were obtained and transcribed by CNN on Thursday. Kushner was interviewed by Woodward in April for his tell-all book, “Rage.” At the time, Kushner said the country was moving through a “panic phase” and into what he described as a “comeback phase.”

By the time of the interview, the U.S. had recorded upwards of 40,000 deaths from complications with COVID-19. As of Wednesday, that figure stood at 225,985.

President Donald Trump himself is on record with Woodward in February acknowledging the potential danger of the deadly virus while publicly downplaying the severity of the emerging crisis.

“I wanted to, I wanted to always play it down,” the president said. “I still like playing it down, because I don’t want to create a panic.”

Schumer PAC Teams with Montana Liberals Disguised as Grassroots Hunting Group

Ad campaign woos gun owners

A liberal super PAC disguising itself as a grassroots hunting group partnered with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) in a new ad aimed at bolstering Montana Democrat Steve Bullock.

Montana Hunters and Anglers has spent millions to blanket state airwaves with ads implying that Bullock has the support of local sportsmen. The group typically attempts to obscure its ties to national liberals—its website says it "puts Montana first, not bigwigs back east." Its latest spot, however, is a joint venture with Schumer's Senate Majority PAC.

The ad, which started airing across the state this week, comes after the Senate Majority PAC reported spending nearly $1.5 million on media buys opposing Bullock's Republican opponent, Sen. Steve Daines.

While the spot aims to tie Daines to wealthy, out-of-state donors, Montana Hunters and Anglers is bankrolled almost exclusively by liberal interest groups and progressive megadonors.

The group has received $700,000 from Silicon Valley physician Karla Jurvetson, $150,000 from Atlanta billionaire Arthur Blank, and $50,000 from the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a liberal dark money network that allows wealthy donors to contribute anonymously to political groups. Both Jurvetson and Blank have also made maximum contributions to Bullock's campaign.

More than 92 percent of the Democrat's funds come from outside Montana, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.

Montana Hunters and Anglers has also worked to deflect focus away from Bullock's embrace of gun control. After Bullock received an "F" rating from the NRA, the super PAC released an ad claiming the Democrat "took on liberals in his own party" to protect gun rights.

During his failed presidential campaign, however, Bullock declared his support for a slew of gun-control measures, such as banning assault weapons, restricting magazine sizes, and implementing red-flag laws.

Philadelphia Police were ordered not to arrest looters by 1st Deputy Police Commissioner Melvin Singleton, according to a report from FOX29 News.

"Extremely frustrated officers, both patrol [and] commanders told me overnight they were 'ordered to NOT arrest looters just disperse them,'" FOX 29 News' Steve Keeley reported Wednesday morning.

Keeley said the orders came from Singleton.

Singleton works directly under Police Commissioner Danielle M. Outlaw.

Netflix Shares Soar As Company Capitalizes On COVID-19, Hikes Prices

Just in time for the next round of lockdowns, Netflix is raising prices for its standard and premium plans, sending its shares surging more than 4% during the last hour of the trading day.

The company's share price broke back above $500, which it lost after its disappointing Q3 earnings report earlier this month.

The new pricing for the standard plan is a $1 price increase (from $13 a month), while the new premium tier cost is a $2 increase (from $16 a month). New subscribers will have to pay the updated monthly fees, while current subscribers will see the new prices over the next few weeks as they roll out with customer’s billing cycles.

Industry insiders have long anticipated another round of price hikes at Netflix, which last increased subscription fees in the United States in January 2019. Recently, Netflix increased the cost of some plans in Canada. Netflix rolls out price changes on a country-by-country basis and the change “in the US does not influence or indicate a global price change,” a Netflix spokesperson told The Verge.

Netflix wasn't the only stock to move on the news; Disney also moved higher, presumably on the notion that it the price hikes make the price of Disney's 'Disney+' streaming service even more competitive.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo Thursday morning condemned the arrest of three student pro-democracy activists in Hong Kong by its police force and called for their release in an official press statement.

Over the past few years, mainland China‘s authoritarian regime has substantially furthered its control and influence over the Hong Kong Police Force as well as the city’s government. This has seen millions of Hong Kongers take to the streets to protest what they see as China stripping them of their autonomy, democracy, and basic human rights, and have even battled it out with police units.

“The United States strongly condemns the arrest and detention of three student democracy activists and calls on Hong Kong authorities to release those that remain detained immediately,” Pompeo wrote. “The Beijing-controlled Hong Kong government continues to stifle dissent, repress public opinion, and use law enforcement for political purposes.”

Sec. Pompeo also took to Twitter to express his dismay about the situation, tweeting: “We condemn the Chinese-controlled Hong Kong Police Force’s arrest of three student democracy activists and call for the immediate release of those that remain detained.”

Reporting on the story has seemingly varied between different publications, it should be noted. This is presumably due to the tight-lipped nature of public police reports in Hong Kong and the growing censorship of social media and the press there.

The three pro-democracy activists were arrested Tuesday when they briefly entered the city’s U.S. consulate in an apparent attempt to seek asylum, an unspecified person familiar with the matter told Bloomberg News.

The New York Times report, on the other hand, made no mention of them entering the consulate prior to arrest.

The Times reported that one of these activists, a 19-year-old named Tony Chung, was arrested at a coffee shop just across the street from the consulate, according to the U.K.-based activist group Friends of Hong Kong. The group also relayed the presumption that Chung’s plan was to enter the consulate and ask for asylum. Additionally, the paper shared in their report a 35-second video published by The South China Morning Post that shows what appears to be plain-clothes police leading Chung away in an area near the consulate.

There was also strong cooperation between governments and business, to secure the funds needed for vaccine development and distribution.

Looking forward, such virtuous instincts can become a feature of our economic systems rather than a rare exception. Rather than chasing short-term profits or narrow self-interest, companies could pursue the well-being of all people and the entire planet. This does not require a 180-degree turn: corporations don't have to stop pursuing profits for their shareholders. They only need to shift to a longer-term perspective on their organization and its mission, looking beyond the next quarter or fiscal year to the next decade and generation. Some are already doing so.

Maersk, a Danish shipping giant, for example, divested its oil and gas divisions, and is focusing on providing sustainable shipping solutions. Reacting to increasing pressure from climate activists and younger generations, BlackRock asked the CEOs of companies it invested in to more explicitly pursue environmental, social and governance goals. These decisions may hurt short-term profits for itself as shareholder, but it maximizes long-term returns in a world where people increasingly revolt against a system they perceive as unfair.

New York Times’ Miles Taylor Op-Ed Shows Everything Wrong With Anonymous Sources

If The New York Times was willing to lie about its anonymous source for their high-profile information operation, imagine the lies they're willing to tell about all the other anonymous sources they use.

Two years after the New York Times published an op-ed from what they described as an anonymous, principled conservative “senior administration official,” it turned out to have been written by a low-level bureaucrat who later worked for tech giant Google and gave money to far-left Democrats.

Miles Taylor revealed he was the author of the highly hyped op-ed headlined “I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration.” He claimed to secretly work to thwart Trump’s policy goals as the elected president of the United States.

While constitutional scholars worried about implications of such unaccountable thwarting of the will of the people, most media focused instead on identifying who “Anonymous” was. The New York Times assured readers that when it said “senior administration official,” it meant someone “in the upper echelon of an administration.”

Not A Senior Administration Official

People took seriously the New York Times’ claim that the anonymous writer was in the upper echelon of an administration. In “13 people who might be the author of The New York Times op-ed,” CNN followed the New York Times’ lead by offering the names of actual senior administration officials, such as Don McGahn, Dan Coats, Kellyanne Conway, Kirstjen Nielsen, John Kelly, Jeff Sessions, James Mattis, Nikki Haley, Jared Kushner, and Ivanka Trump. Chris Cillizza also suggested it might be Fiona Hill or Melania Trump.

He also wrote of the Times, “They aren’t publishing an anonymous op-ed from just anyone in the Trump administration. They especially aren’t publishing one that alleges a near-coup … If some midlevel bureaucrat in the Trump administration comes to the Times — or has an intermediary reach out to the Times — asking to write a piece like this one without their name attached to it, the answer would be an immediate ‘no.'” He added:

Given all of that, it’s telling that the Times was willing to extend the cloak of anonymity to this author — especially, again, because of the stakes and the target. This is not a decision made lightly. That the decision was made to publish it should tell you that this isn’t some disgruntled mid-to-upper manager buried in the bureaucracy. This is a genuine high-ranking official. A name most people who follow politics — and maybe some who don’t — would recognize. The Times simply wouldn’t do what it did for anything short of a major figure in Trump world.

UPDATE: UPS Finds Tucker Carlson’s Lost Hunter Biden Package That Went Missing in the Mail

Tucker Carlson told his audience on Wednesday night that on Monday his team received a collection of confidential and damning documents related to the Biden Family. Tucker said he believed the documents were real and damning.

Tucker and his producer were in Los Angeles at the time interviewing Tony Bobulinski so they had an associate ship the documents to California overnight so Tucker could inspect them.

But the damning Biden documents never made it to Los Angeles.

The envelope was discovered during shipping and it was empty.

The contents of the package went missing.

The shipping company investigated and the company did not find out what happened to the contents of the package.

This is very worrisome.

And you would think the company has better security to prevent this from happening.

UPS notified Tucker Carlson that they located the contents of the package that was sent cross country.

A spokesperson for the United Parcel Service (UPS) said Thursday that the company has located the package that Fox News host Tucker Carlson alleged contained damning material on Hunter Biden.

“After an extensive search, we have found the contents of the package and are arranging for its return,” the spokesperson told the Daily Beast. “UPS will always focus first on our customers, and will never stop working to solve issues and make things right.”

Carlson claimed on Tuesday’s show that the package containing “damning” documents regarding Hunter Biden had disappeared after they were shipped from California.

Heavily-armed police paid a surprise visit to six men and one woman in South Wentworthville yesterday as part of a crackdown on Sydney's underworld.

Tactical police were used to help execute raids in the city's west, and detectives say it won't stop until gangs get the message.

It was a slow frog-march for one man filmed as he was arrested. For two others it required a cigarette as they were taken away.

"We're reminding them who's in charge, and it's the police force in charge of our streets on behalf of the community," Detective Superintendent Rob Critchlow said.

The crackdown kicked off about 3pm on Wednesday when Comanchero bikie Tarek Zahed was arrested in Burwood accused of breaching bail

"We monitor these offenders very closely, we decided that he was no longer fit to be out in public," Detective Superintendent Critchlow said.

Strike Force Raptor then searched his home in Homebush where they allegedly seized cash, drugs, and Comancheros clothing.

Ukraine’s Top Court Reduces Anti-Graft Protections

Ukraine’s Constitutional Court has dealt a blow to those fighting to end graft, ruling that officials who intentionally file false information on their asset declarations cannot be held criminally liable.

The National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Thursday called the decision political, noting that it significantly limited the powers of the country’s anti-graft infrastructure: NABU and the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP).

The NABU statement said the Constitutional Court “not only legitimizes the intentions of politicians and officials to hide from society illegally acquired wealth, but also protects the interests of some judges of the Constitutional Court,” some of whom may themselves be under NABU investigation.

The court’s decision means the Constitution Court’s judges cannot be asked about their wealth or the origin of that wealth, and cannot be sued over discrepancies between their declared and actual wealth.

Such a decision, according to NABU, does not hold water and it does not seem to be “reasonable or in accordance with the legal terms.”

The decision means that judges who might themselves be accused of corruption would have the final say in corruption cases rather than anti-corruption officials, according to NABU.

Therefore the court’s conclusions about “the alleged violation of the independence of judges under the current legislation on the prevention of corruption are unfounded.”

Andrii Borovyk, the executive director of Transparency International (TI) Ukraine, said, “The decision of the Constitutional Court will lead to a significant rollback in Ukraine’s anti-corruption reform. These legislative provisions were the cornerstones of the anti-corruption system, while corruption has been recognized as one of the threats to national security … thousands of officials will remain unpunished for lying in (wealth) declarations.”

The Constitutional Court’s decision may also lead to a number of critical changes, TI warned, such as threatening the visa liberalization regime and the next tranche from the International Monetary Fund, which is essential for Ukraine’s survival.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he would initiate legislation “to restore stable and most effective operation of the e-declaration system and unavoidable punishment for deliberate violation of these rules,” but the court responded to that too, saying that “any influence on a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine shall be prohibited.”

Unsealed sworn testimony shows Planned Parenthood lied to Congress about baby parts sales

A new CMP video shows evidence that directly contradicts what Planned Parenthood told multiple Congressional investigations in 2015 and 2016.

IRVINE, California, October 29, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released a fourth video today featuring unsealed video clips from Planned Parenthood leaders’ sworn deposition testimony about the abortion company’s fetal tissue research programs – including details about the programs that directly contradict what Planned Parenthood told multiple Congressional investigations in 2015 and 2016.

While under investigation by the Senate Judiciary Committee and House Select Investigative Panel, Planned Parenthood told Congress that its Houston, Texas affiliate, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast (PPGC), never had a “fetal” tissue research program – only a “placental” tissue program – with researchers at University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). Based on this representation, Planned Parenthood produced less documentation of PPGC’s practices than other regional offices in California.

But when questioned under oath about the transactions with UTMB, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s Vice President for Research, Melissa Farrell, testifies that her Planned Parenthood office in fact transferred the entire aborted fetus to UTMB, not just the placenta. Farrell testifies that in previous fetal tissue transactions, PPGC transferred the “products of conception” from the abortion – the fetus, placenta, and everything removed in the abortion – “in its entirety.” When asked, “What specimens are then conveyed to UTMB under the contract?” Farrell replies, “Products of conception,” and when asked, “Was it the entire products of conception from the abortion procedure?” she answers, “That is my understanding, yes.”

Contracts between PPGC and UTMB show the abortion provider charging $150 per successful fetal tissue specimen transfer to the university.

The State of Texas disqualified the Planned Parenthood network from the state Medicaid program based on CMP’s undercover footage showing PPGC willing to change abortion procedures to get more intact fetal specimens to transfer for valuable consideration, and the federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the termination, finding that CMP’s undercover footage is authentic and accurate evidence that Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast committed partial-birth abortions to sell fetal tissue.

The video also includes testimony from Dr. Katharine Sheehan, the longtime Medical Director of Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest (PPPSW) in San Diego and Riverside in southern California. Dr. Sheehan testifies that PPPSW has an ongoing relationship to provide fetal organs and tissues to middleman wholesaler Advanced Bioscience Resources, but she also reveals that PPPSW simultaneously has direct fetal tissue supply relationships with a local research institution and the researchers working there. Published experimental studies from UC San Diego thank Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest for providing aborted fetal tissue. In 2018, the Health and Human Services Department terminated an FDA contract with ABR for fetal tissue because it was “not sufficiently assured” that ABR complied with the federal law against selling fetal tissue (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).

World Star Hip Hop Features Black Voter Canvassing for Trump: ‘He Ain’t a Racist, and a Damn Good President’

World Star Hip Hop, a news and entertainment website catering to a predominantly African American audience, posted a video last week featuring a black Trump supporter canvassing for the president, and convincing a voter to drop Joe Biden.

The video was posted under the headline: “Dude Speaks On Changing His Mind About Voting For Biden To Trump! ‘Quit Saying We’re Black, We’re Americans’.” As of Thursday, it had over 140,000 views on the site

The canvasser, who is unidentified in the video, asks a man on the street if he is registered to vote, and whom he is voting for.

When the man replies that he is voting for Joe Biden, the canvasser asks him to explain why, and he cannot answer.

The canvasser replies with a series of arguments against voting for Biden:

Did you know that Biden, in 47 years of politics has only been a racist, said racist things about you and me, personally, as black people, and made a bill to incarcerate black people? … The man just said, you ain’t black unless you vote for him. … He also said he didn’t want his children going to school in a “racial jungle,” didn’t want integration. He was for segregation. … He also said that poor kids can be just as bright, and just as intelligent as white kids — meaning that black, brown, red, yellow, are poor. … The dude ain’t did nothing but hurt black people.

The canvasser also criticized Biden’s running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA). “And then his running mate, Kamala Harris? She’s got a career of locking up black people.”

He noted, later, that Harris had called Biden racist in the first Democratic primary debate, and argued that Biden had only chosen her “because they think we’re stupid.”

Democrats, he said, thought “we’re gonna see a black woman and be like, oh, she could be the female Barack Obama.”

The canvasser also made several arguments for Trump, including the fact that he provided long-term funding for historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) — “Barack Obama didn’t even do that” — and prison reform, “which directly affects us as black people.”

He said:

Before Trump was the president, did not everybody love him? In their music videos, rap videos, all the magazines, he got awards from black communities, and the NAACP. Everybody loved him. But when he became the president, they said he’s a racist. Why? I’m going to tell you why. Because when he came into politics, he said “Drain the swamp.” He started taking out all the politicians — not just politicians. The evil, corrupt, politicians. … Did you notice since he’s been president, the economy’s been better than it’s ever been, unemployment at an all-time low, more jobs created than ever before?

He addressed several common criticisms of Trump, including the false claim that he had called all Mexicans “rapists,” when he had been referring to criminals and gang members.

As for criticism of the slogan “Make America Great Again,” the canvasser explained: “What he means is, make America about what I just said — an exporter again, have jobs again, have people believe in the American dream again. … Has nothing to do with race.”

He noted that Trump had given up a wealthy lifestyle to become president, where he had given away his salary.

“He did everything he could to show, by his actions, that he ain’t a racist, and a damn good president.”

As for Biden: “Nobody can tell you none of the great that he did, but they could pull up every single thing that he’s done to the black common.”

He added: “Hillary Clinton called us ‘super-predators.’ Why did [Biden] speak at the KKK member’s eulogy [the late Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia] and said that he was his hero or inspiration or whatever?”

“So why does he deserve your vote, and not the man who’s actually showing you that he cares about you?” the canvasser concluded.

He emphasized that he was not canvassing for Trump for any reason other than his personal beliefs. “You know me, bro. I’m a hood n****.”

“Latinos and blacks. We vote Democrat, blind as hell, don’t even know why we do. We just do,” he lamented, noting that black voters had once been Republicans.

“Can I count on your vote?” he asks the voter.

The voter replies: “You just highlighted some shit to me. You fucked me up.”

The canvasser explains:

“All of us are American. And that’s how he looks at us, is as Americans — not as n*, not as black, not as none of that. That’s why he said … Look, what have you got to lose … Give me a chance.’ And he’s shown you. He’s shown everybody.”

The man eventually agrees to vote for Trump. “Trump 2020.”

“You want to make a difference? Get out and talk to people,” the canvasser concludes, straight to camera.

Senate Panel Investigating Hunter Biden’s Failure to Register as Foreign Agent

A search of Justice Department databases reveals that Hunter Biden failed to register as a foreign agent while promoting the interests of foreign business partners in Washington, including brokering meetings with his father and other government officials, and RealClear Investigations has learned that at least one Senate committee is investigating whether Joe Biden’s son violated federal laws requiring disclosure of such foreign contacts.

The Obama administration did not prosecute Hunter Biden for potential violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, despite its much more aggressive pursuit of FARA cases relative to other administrations — including its opening of criminal investigations on no fewer than six Trump campaign advisers in 2016.

One of them, Paul Manafort, ended up in prison on charges that included failing to publicly disclose his lobbying on behalf of Ukrainian clients and partners.

Newly discovered April 2015 emails show Hunter Biden appeared to be helping a Ukrainian energy executive meet with and lobby his father, who was vice president at the time.

Hunter, who held a lucrative seat on the board of Ukrainian gas giant Burisma at the time, also sought meetings with State Department officials.

None of these contacts was publicly disclosed in government filings, according to a search of both FARA and Lobbying Disclosure Act records, which show Hunter registered as a federal lobbyist in 2001 and stopped filing disclosures in 2008.

In contrast, Hunter’s former law partner and fellow lobbyist, William Oldaker, has registered as a foreign agent under FARA. Oldaker is Joe Biden’s longtime campaign lawyer and fundraiser.
