Looking into finger lakes. Thought it was interesting they phrase the Indian wars and the barbary of the natives as 'political savvy' but the Europeans were hostile and ebil.

Main note is the area is famed for second great awakening and greek architecture ala latrobe. Haven't seen anyone mention it but I'm pretty sure there were good digs on lucian and latrobe
