So at this point, it is safe to say that there aren't going to be any arrests. Even though they "have it all" they obviously cannot arrest anyone. This leads us to ask "why?"

The answer can only be, they aren't "able" to arrest them. Whatever system we live in, the Matrix we all exist within, clearly has them all 100% protected and immune from Criminal Arrest or prosecution. How this works, I don't know, but it is clear that it is exists and is more than just a bad FBI director or AG.

This leads me to "the plan." Since they cannot be arrested, the only thing they actually fear is people becoming aware of their system. So, this is what POTUS and Q team are trying to do. Expose the truth. The problem then arises, how do you expose them when you cannot arrest them or even charge them with a crime?

How? You force them to commit their crimes out on the open, over, and over, and over again until the populace wakes up. Each successive crime will climb in intensity until the law abiding citizenry decides to take matters into their own hands. At that point, the military steps in (because they are required to protect the "elite") and stops the impending mob justice. Then, as Q has said, the Military flips the script and destroys the deep state for the people.

We will not see arrests. The election will likely be stolen and their corruption will have been on display for everyone.
