Sorry if this has been posted already, but I'm going to take a minute to elaborate for you guys about the relationship between BHO and Maggie, and how the dynamic they're apart of coincides with MK-Ultra experimentation and what we know of it.
First, let's describe each of the roles being played and why they matter. The first person we should describe is the target, or the Alpha Alter. This represents the person being mind-controlled. This is "Maggie." Next, you have the handler. The Handler is responsible for managing the alters of the target, and is also the entity responsible for "breaking" the target. This role is played by whoever originally abused the child (CIA agent, or whoever), as they often continue to be (even minimally) involved in the targets general life. With the Beta Alter, as described in the picture attached, the roles often being fulfilled are an overtly sexual personality/role being played by the target, the slave, and the controller, the master often being played by the abuser. If it helps you to understand the concept, think of a dom and a sub (BDSM terms). In this instance, BHO fulfills the master role, and "Maggie" fulfills the slave role.
Anyway, I've explained all of this because it appears "Maggie" is the Alpha Alter's name (think of an alter as an alternate personality, as that's what it's short for), while "Wendy" is the Beta Alter's name. So, yes, it is quite literally a pet name.
