MS_DNC setting up their game pieces. Manufacturing the myth of a "close race" in order to proclaim that Trump's landslide victory is a coup/Russia/fraud? They might even highlight the mail-in ballot fiasco to insist either (a) that these mail-in ballots would give Biden a win, if only Trump would let them be properly counted, or (b) that these mail-in ballots are such a mess that they simply can never be counted (ie., self-sabotage to sabotage the entire election). They are not planning to concede. They are planning to cause trouble.
