Secretary of State Kansas was the chair of POTUS' Voter Election Fraud Commission until POTUS disbanded it with the 2nd EO after Q's pen post.

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach has been found in contempt of court for failing to freeze state proof-of-citizenship voter registration laws, despite a judge’s order to do so.

“The judge found that Kris Kobach disobeyed the court's orders by failing to provide registered voters with consistent information, that he willfully failed to ensure that county elections officials were properly trained,” said Dale Ho, director of the ACLU's Voting Rights Project, in response to Robinson’s ruling. “Secretary Kobach likes to talk about the rule of law. Talk is cheap, and his actions speak louder than his words.”

This is not Kobach’s first run-in with the law. Last year he was fined $1,000 when a judge concluded he had tried to mislead a court over documents relating to a 2016 meeting with Trump.

The original court case to determine the legality of Kansas’ voter registration law began in March. Judge Robinson is yet to issue a verdict.

Trump shuts down voter fraud commission, citing 'endless legal battles'

"Despite substantial evidence of voter fraud, many states have refused to provide the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity with basic information relevant to its inquiry," Trump said in a brief statement early Wednesday evening.

"Rather than engage in endless legal battles at taxpayer expense, today I signed an executive order to dissolve the Commission, and have asked the Department of Homeland Security to review these issues and determine next courses of action."

So I wonder if DHS is having any luck with the STATES?

There is something wrong with our country when all these STATES snub their nose at Federal Laws!!!! Sovereignty is important but there is a difference between sovereignty and BREAKING THE LAW! These States should be challenging the laws if they think they are UNCONSTITUTIONAL NOT BREAKING THEM and just because you challenge them doesn't mean you can break them!! Rant over.
