Just a quick discussion point… (pb)
Thinking ahead. Many UK anons are perhaps a little envious of the US Constitution. Americans are quite rightly loyal it.
However, in both of our nations our constitutional rights and laws have been upended to serve the purpose of the oligarchs, as opposed to we the people. What difference does it make as to whether a constitution is written or unwritten if those who are elected/appointed are criminals?
Activist judges legislating from the bench, Law Enforcement not upholding the law, the armed forces and intelligence services being used for political ends (unconstitutional).
How do we restore our constitutional settlements? How do we PREVENT constitutional buggery most foul in the future?
Here is one idea Art.61 Magna Carta (1215) - Lawful Rebellion. Witholding of taxes should the King be up to no good.
