It is funny to me how many one post wonders along with a few others believe that the opinion they have about baking should be listened to. Why its as if I should give any sort of opinion, which should be taken seriously, to surgeons about the amount of hip-hop music played during surgery. IMO and ill be posting more posts so that I am not also a one hit wonder, if you dont bake, shut the fuck up.

Ill even guess there is not a baker at the moment, while those who dont bake, opine on how it should be done.

Normally yes, if someone wants to bake, they say it. Nobody has and as you have someone who does bake watching over you if you have just begun baking, have at it. An experienced baker to bake you up is invaluable if you are a new baker.
