Mask By-laws

Tyrannical governments everywhere are passing mask by-laws. I never thought it would happen where I live, but it did. This is what I did.

1. Refuse to wear a mask.

2. When asked to wear a mask clearly say "I have a mask exemption."

3. If harassed (only once so far), say "Legally, I am not required to explain the nature of my mask exemption."

4. Read the by-law for your area and let people know that you have read the law and are familiar with your rights.

5. Encourage others not to wear a mask.

7. Store employees, security guards, librarians, etc. are NOT authorized to hand out fines. Only by-law officers or police can do this. (See the Angry Albertan on FB for an example from Edmonton.)

8. If you receive a fine refuse to pay it by pleading Not Guilty and sending the ticket to the court for a trial date. Encourage others to do the same. The courts are currently months behind due to shut downs and are overwhelmed with Covid rules.

Police officers, city officials and even judges are being quarantined due to positive tests. Court room seating capacity has been severely limited, thus limiting the number of cases that can be processed daily. Court staff are showing signs of stress from lack of oxygen due to masks and from being overwhelmed with cases.

If you go to court, wear a suit, do your research and prepare written documents. Ask supporters to attend, but pretend they are there for their own cases. Show them you will not be bullied.

We need to use the corrupt court system against these traitors - clog it up as much as possible by fighting every ticket, including traffic tickets. Remember, it the police officer or judge isn't present, your case will most likely be thrown out.

1. Lastly, I realize this is stressful. Most people do not want to get into confrontations or risk being in trouble with the law; however, think about where these monsters are going.

Will you quietly go to one of Castro's concentration camps? Will you quietly allow the government to take your children? Will you sit back while your private property is seized by the communists in charge of this country?

We are at war. I believe it is better to fight now, then after the traitorous military is called up.
